We are currently offering both online and in-person classes. Throughout the school year 2022-2023 we will not only be following city, county or state ordinances, but we also reserve the right to determine whether during any COVID-related surges or outbreaks we need to change our class formats to online or outdoors. If face-to-face classes are in session, and face-to-face classes need to be suspended, our classes will automatically move to a virtual format. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds for missed classes, or for classes that started in one format and then moved to another one. However, whenever possible, we will make the effort to continue virtual classes alongside any live classes, for as long as necessary, to facilitate the health and safety of our community.

We unfortunately cannot refund classes missed by students. Because we are currently running very small group classes, withdrawal will require a 30-day notice. We cannot refund unused classes--you may however request a credit for another class that the studio offers, or, invite a friend to use the classes that you will not attend, as long as you let us know in writing so we know the names and ages of those children attending before their first class. If you are experiencing financial hardship, or there is an emergency situation that impedes you to attend classes that you have payed for, please let us know, we strive to be fair, honest, and help our families to our best abilities.

The Melody Train reserves the right to cancel a Kindermusik class if the minimum amount of enrollment has not been met. We will refund tuition based on the number of classes already attended, enrollment price paid, and similar classes already available for enrollment.

Gift cards are redeemable all year, and can be used to pay for any tuition balance that you hold with our studio, they are not redeemable for cash. They never expire, and will be taken as long as we are open for business, with classes available for enrollment. They can be transferable with approval from our studio office.

We strive to have our school calendar set BEFORE school starts, and implement minimal changes. Please consult our school calendar for any classes you are enrolled in. 

​

For private lessons, the full balance of tuition is due the first of the month. A late fee of $25 will be assessed to any past-due balances.

​

Same-day cancellation of a private lesson will result in a full lesson charge, cancellation 24 hours before a private lesson may be rescheduled at the discretion and availability of the teacher.
